1- If you are to download or take any anime graphic(s) from this site, you MUST provide a link back to Shinshoku.
Credit is needed for everything that you use on your personal website or any other internet related activities.
And DO NOT claim the graphic(s) as your own. (Ex. Free buttons, avatars, layouts, etc.)
2- Anime layouts can be downloaded for free, but DO NOT claim it as your own design(s). Distribution of layouts is PROHIBITED and is copyrighted to the layout's designer. And a proper link back is needed! 3- Please do not copy/plagerize any of our contents to your site without proper credits. Terms & Conditions For Shinshoku's Anime Awards:
1- If you are applying for an award please complete the 'awards form' on the Anime Awards page. But before that, you must read these rules to know the password. 2- Site's applying for the awards must be dedicated to anime/anime games, j-pop/rock, or anime graphics related! (Note: Anime Fanfics and Fan-art sites are also ALLOWED!) 3- Site's applying for the awards must not be a MSN/YAHOO Groups, Neopet sites or any type of free uploading site(s) but some exceptions may apply if you think your site is EXCEPTIONALLY good and I do too. 4- Anime sites MUST not have any HENTAI contents on any of the pages, well crazy nudity that is. If its for artistic reason(s) then your application won't be excluded. No Bloggers or Slashing Sites. (Note: Excluding Yaoi/Yuri) The password for an award is: Paradise Kiss 5- A PROPER LINK BACK on the award(s) must be made!! And all terms must be followed at all times! Your site will be checked upon occasionally so don't slack off! 6- Your site must not have a lot of broken links or pop-ups and all contents must be original unless credited. 7- The site must not take long to load up with fast internet connections. And please submit the password for the award on the application! Your agreement to the terms is neccessary. Terms & Conditions For Shinshoku's Affiliation:
1- Your anime site must not be under any of the catagories: hentai, hate, and blogs. [Excluding Yaoi/Yuri but depending on the content] 2- Your anime site must look professional, finish, and have hardly no broken or stolen links. We emphasize on the quality not quantity, so put that in mind also. And please NO-DIRECT Linking to our buttons/banners when you're using them. 3- Site's applying for the affiliation must be dedicated to anime/anime games, j-pop/rock, or anime graphics related! (Note: Anime Fanfics and Fan-art sites are also ALLOWED!) 4- Site's applying for the affiliation must not be a MSN/YAHOO Groups, Neopet sites or any type of free uploading site(s) but some exceptions may apply if you think your site is EXCEPTIONALLY good and I do too. As well as your site must be updated frequently [atleast once or twice per month.] 5- If your site is accepted, our link is required to be pasted on your links/affiliates' page(s) where it can be accessible by your site's visitors. And if fail to do so, your link will be removed from Shinshoku's link/affiliates' page(s) immediately. 6- Your site must not have more than 10-15 affiliates because I do not want to be your 50th affliate link. 7- Finally, if your site is on hiatus or contruction you must inform me or else I will think that your site isn't active and remove your link form Shinshoku.
